One Maryland One Book

The One Maryland One Book 2015 tour came to Chesapeake College on September 28 for an enthusiastic audience of  300 people. Author Daniel James Brown appeared in the Todd Performing Arts Center to discuss his bestselling book, ”The Boys in the Boat.”   Coordinated by the Maryland Humanities Council,  the evening was co-presented by the Caroline, Dorchester, Queen Anne’s and Talbot county libraries. Crew team  members of the Freedom Rowers also provided assistance at the event.
