Skipjacks tie Harford Community College, 2-2
Dajani scores 10th goal as Chesapeake record moves to 3-4-1

BEL AIR – Mohamad Dajani scored his team-high 10th goal of the season, but Chesapeake College had to settle for a 2-2, double overtime men’s soccer tie Friday at Harford Community College.

Dajani scored off a feed by Mike Turner, who then scored Chesapeake’s second goal. Harford, however, fought back to tie after each Skipjack goal as Francis Adade scored twice for the Owls.

"In general, I’m a little disappointed that we didn’t play better," said Chesapeake head coach Mike Moulton. "I thought it was a winnable game. We let this one slip out of our hands."

Chesapeake goalie Jordan Durner finished with 14 saves.

The Skipjacks (3-4-1) play at Allegany College of Maryland Wednesday and host Howard Community College Friday in 4 p.m. contests.
