The pool will be closed in case of thunderstorms, pump or electrical problems, and/or body fluid spills. To be sure of the status, please call 410-827-5866 an hour prior to swimming.
All Pool members including:
Chesapeake College Students, Family Members, Individual Members and/or Wellness Program have to sign open swim sheet and show Member ID to lifeguard on duty. Failure to demonstrate proper identification will result in paying the full fee.

There is a charge of $3 per child (under 16) and $5 per adult. Everybody
is expected to pay upon entering the pool, excluding
chaperons during open swim. Current college students
are required to show a college picture ID at sign in.
Special Note: If you are a frequent swimmer at open
swim times, consider purchasing a pool membership.

MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM NOW AVAILABLE
Chesapeake College Aquatic Community Services
is committed to serving your recreational and educational needs through
a variety of aquatic non-credit courses. Register for courses, by mail
or in person, at the Wye Mills campus or the Cambridge Center. Please
register early. Some classes fill up fast and others may be canceled due
to insufficient enrollment.
All aquatic classes are held on the Wye
Mills campus.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE
FOR COURSES THEY WISH TO ATTEND.

Refunds: Refunds of
100 percent will be made prior to the first day of class.
Cancellations: The
College reserves the right to cancel any non-credit course for which the
minimum enrollment has not been met. MINIMUM ENROLLMENT FOR THE SWIMMING
CLASSES IS FIVE STUDENTS.
Class policy: We do
not provide makeup classes for participants missing class. In the event
a class session is canceled, it will be at the discretion of the director
of Aquatics to provide a makeup class or issue a refund, if the class
cannot be rescheduled.
