Chesapeake Regional TV (CRTV 6)
Vision Statement
Chesapeake Regional TV (CRTV) is a public access and educational channel managed by Chesapeake College that serves Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Talbot Counties with programming of regional interest and impact.
Mission Statement
CRTV is managed by Chesapeake College. It works in collaboration with the local public access stations, produces and distributes high quality regional programming, and supports the educational mission of the College and its communication curriculum.
Goals
- CRTV produces high quality programming that reflects the diverse interests, information needs, and population of the region.
- CRTV provides technical resources and facilitates efforts to build a robust infrastructure for the production and distribution of programming throughout the region.
- CRTV supports the educational and training needs of the College and the residents of the five-county region through curricular development, skills training classes, and internship opportunities.
- CRTV provides channel management and support services on a contractual basis for Queen Anne's County.
- CRTV obtains the administrative, financial, technology, marketing, and human resources necessary to achieve support a quality television channel.
