Locating
Appropriate Sources and APA Formatting
ASSIGNMENT
Students
will be choosing and reading article from a web site or scholarly journal on a
topic in psychology. They will then
write a critique of the article and create a works cited page using APA
formatting.
OUTCOMES
1.
Students will become
familiar with LRC information sources and services.
2.
Students will become
familiar with techniques used to evaluate the appropriateness of a source.
3.
Students will become
familiar with APA formatting.
4.
Students will be
introduced NoodleBib and shown how to use it to create a Works Cited page.

1.
Demonstrate how to locate articles in the Psychology Databases subscribed
