Chesapeake Begins New Student Registration for Spring Semester 2009

WYE MILLS Chesapeake College, on Monday, Dec.8, will begin new student registration for Spring Semester 2009 at the Wye Mills Campus and the Cambridge Center. Classes will start on Wednesday, Jan. 21.
Classes are scheduled in the morning, afternoon, and evening during the spring semester. Topics range from general education courses to classes in career fields.
Chesapeake continues to expand the selection of Internet-based courses. Students may take these courses from their home or office computers. Internet-based courses include English Composition, World Literature II, Introduction to Business, College Algebra, Cultural Geography and Sociology.
Chesapeake advisors are available to answer questions about various program or career options. Walk-in registration will be at the Wye Mills Campus and the Cambridge Center Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Fridays by appointment. The College will be closed for winter break from December 24 through January 2.
Students may also register at the following on-site registration sessions:
Thursday, Jan. 6 - Chesapeake College on-site registration from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Caroline County library in Denton.
Thursday, Jan. 8 - Chesapeake College on-site registration from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Kent County library in Chestertown and the Queen Anne´s County library in Stevensville from 4 to 6 p.m.
