Cambridge Center incident under investigation
College officials said the college is cooperating with the Cambridge City Police Department

CAMBRIDGE -- An alleged incident of an unidentified man exposing himself in a second-floor hallway at the Chesapeake College Cambridge Center on Thursday, April 22nd is being investigated by the Cambridge City Police Department, according to college officials.
The incident was reported to a faculty member by a student leaving that faculty memberís class. The student had gone into the hallway, where a man dropped his pants and began masturbating, according to the police report. The faculty member contacted a campus security guard, who in turn immediately notified the Cambridge City Police and also searched the building for the suspect. Cambridge City Police responded to the call and searched the building and nearby streets without finding anyone matching the description.
The individual was described as a black male wearing gray or dark sweat pants, red shirt and possibly a bandana on his head.
College officials said the college is cooperating with the Cambridge City Police Department in the investigation. It is uncertain whether the individual is a student at the Cambridge Center. Anyone with information about this incident should contact the Cambridge City Police Department at 410-228-3333. Meanwhile, any community member who notices suspicious activity at the Center should report it to Center security at 410-463-4185, or to the Center staff in the first-floor registration office.
