The Annual Chesapeake Choice Awards hosted by the Office of Student Life honors one staff member who has served the College with diligence, hard work, and noteworthy work ethic.

The staff member you nominate must demonstrate one or more of the following qualifications:

1. Shows a knowledge, interest, and enthusiasm for the College and its vision.
2. Is someone that students hold in high regard.
3. Challenges students to increase their skills in becoming future leaders.
4. Contributes to the college's educational, social, and cultural life as well as service to the community.
5. Is personable, fair and responsible with students.
6. Possesses other exemplary attributes.
