Diversity works at Chesapeake College!

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Chesapeake College where our faculty and staff understand that a diverse student body enhances our students' overall academic experience. You will find that Chesapeake College reflects diversity of culture, age and socio economic levels. 

The Division of Multicultural Affairs serves as an advocate for awareness, a leader in celebrating diversity, with a focus on acceptance and inclusion of all people.

I urge each of you to create bonds with those whose background differs from yours.  Enhance your knowledge about various cultures by program participation and by becoming an active member of UHURU, multicultural student union.  Chesapeake College welcomes you and seeks to provide opportunities that celebrate diversity and ultimately expand your view of the world.
