Chesapeake College Welcomes DREAM Act Students
General information
As an open-admission institution, Chesapeake College grants admission to all students regardless of citizenship. Maryland Senate Bill 167 provides the opportunity for some non-U.S. citizens who attended a Maryland high school to receive in-state tuition. Students who attended a Maryland high school in our service region (Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's, and Talbot Counties) may receive in-county tuition. Students who attended a Maryland high school outside of Chesapeake College's service region may be eligible for out-of-county tuition.
