Mary Dennard-Turner Joins Board of Trustees

NOTICE

Tennis Courts are currently unavailable.

A resident of East New Market, Ms. Dennard-Turner served for six years in the Army National Guard. Ms. Dennard-Turner worked for the Maryland Department of Corrections for 22 years, and is currently a seasonal park ranger with the Harriet Tubman Visitor’s Center. She is also a former commissioner of East New Market.

She attended both Chesapeake College and Delaware Technical College.

She served on the Dorchester Council of Senior Services, the East New Market Heritage Committee, the Executive Board of People for Better Housing and the Harriett Tubman Conference Committee. She is a lay leader and Evangelism Committee chair at Faith Community Church.
