Tuesday, May 17, 2022
11:30am-12:30pm
Presented by Paul W. Comfort
This continuing education presentation is designed for leaders and managers in companies or government agencies to assist them in producing excellent, performance driven results. Objectives:
- Demonstrate how to set a new north star for a company and measure achievement toward it with better key performance indicators that produce improved individual and company performance.
- Describe how to build a team to achieve results and better align administrative functional departments with operations.
- Empower participants to directly arbitrate conflicts, create new, all-encompassing projects, and communicate with effectiveness.
