Do you possess skills to be labeled as a leader? A leader is a person who has a commanding authority or influence that oversees a group or organization. This continuing education presentation is designed to explore various characteristics of good leaders and apply this conversation to real life scenarios.

Objectives:

To define the word leadership.
To explore various characteristics of good leaders to expose what makes a great leader.
To encourage attendees to apply the conversation to real life scenarios and encourage them to think about leadership differently.
