Recent Easton High School graduate, Josh Hrynko, 17, is getting an early start on his career in the marine trades through Chesapeake College. While taking marine engine classes at Chesapeake, Josh finished his high school coursework in time to graduate early.  As a result, he has already launched his career in the marine industry.

Through his coursework at Chesapeake, Josh landed a position working on marine engines at Boatworks Engine Repair Service in Talbot County.

With quality instruction and connections to local businesses, Chesapeake is preparing Josh for a successful career in the marine industry. He hopes to eventually own his marine engine repair business.

“Chesapeake College is helping me reach my goals by offering the classes I need to complete in order to become a successful mechanic,” he said.
