This course is designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully pass the NCSF Certified Strength Coach (CSC) Exam and work safely and effectively as a Certified Strength Coach.
The NCSF Certified Strength Coach (CSC) course will prepare you to sit for the NCSF-CSC exam and to become employed as a strength coach. This educational course will cover all relevant content areas including performance assessment and evaluation, biomechanics, sport metabolism, nutrition and ergogenic aids, training techniques for athletic performance, and injury prevention. You will be able to develop exercise programs for a variety of specific sports and will acquire a deeper understanding of the role that various training techniques and energy systems play in the proper training of an athlete.

      First Things First…

      Payment is required at the time of registration for this program. This program may qualify for a scholarship (or voucher) from the Upper Shore Workforce Investment Board, or WIB. Please reach out to the WIB to inquire about funding, if necessary, before you start the registration process below. Payment can also be made by Employer Sponsorship Billing, Credit Card, Cash or Check.

      Submit Registration Form

      When you’ve received the registration form in your email, enter your information in the required fields, including your signature, and save the file on your computer.
