Instructor Spotlight: Patty Weller has more than 30 years of real estate experience from working at the local Board of Realtors to being a real estate Broker. She has taught the Maryland Real Estate Pre-licensing and Broker classes for Chesapeake College for over 20 years. Her participation in the real estate community includes being a recipient of the Maryland Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy Award, serves on numerous real estate committees both locally and statewide, and is ranked in the top 5% of all state instructors according to the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
