Official high school transcripts and transcripts from each school you have attended since graduating from high school must be sent to the Registrar at Chesapeake College, and must be received by March 31st. The selected option indicates receipt of your transcripts at the Registrar's office, and the Registrar's confirmations are uploaded to this form. I understand if I have not verified with the registration office by March 31st, and uploaded the verification to this form, I will not be considered for admission.

Scores for the TEAS need to be on file by March 31st. If you took your exam at Chesapeake College, your scores are immediately accessible for review. If you took the TEAS elsewhere, scores need to be submitted by March 31st. I understand that I must require that my official scores be sent to Chesapeake College by the application deadline of March 31st. I understand that if my scores are not submitted by that date, I will not be considered for admission.
