The ESHEC plays a key role in the educational and economic development of the upper Eastern Shore by providing access to area residents to baccalaureate, master’s, and doctoral degrees from four-year partnering institutions. By supporting and providing on-going high quality opportunities for learning, the ESHEC enhances both the employment options and overall quality of life for the citizens and workers on Maryland’s Upper Eastern Shore.

Students must have an Associate of Arts degree and/or meet program entrance requirements in order to qualify for bachelor’s degree programs. There must be sufficient enrollment in each class in order for the institution to offer the courses listed. The schedules listed on the home university or college website will be official.
