Dr. Westerfield to become AADN Fellow
Director of Nursing Heather Westerfield will be inducted into the Academy of Associate Degree Nursing (AADN) as a Fellow.She graduated from the Chesapeake College MGW Nursing Program in 2002, then earned a master’s degree at Wesley College and a DNP at Salisbury University. She joined the Chesapeake College faculty in 2007 and became the director of nursing in 2020.
“I could not have received this tremendous honor without the support of this amazing college and without all the amazing faculty that I work with. I am so thankful for the wonderful opportunities that I have received while working at Chesapeake College,” Dr. Westerfield said.
