World Day of Dance

Join us for an afternoon of dance from around the world featuring:

• Far East Indian Deepti Mukund Navile is the Director of Natyabhoomi School of Dance and will present the Mysore Style of Bharatanatyam the South Indian classical dance form and Indian folk dance.
• Classical Chinese Dance Rose Xinran Qi, Director and choreographer of RoseQi Dance Arts, will present a unique blend of Traditional Chinese folk dance, classical dance and Western styles.
• West African Dance Sylvia Soumah is the Artistic Director of Coyaba Dance Theater. The company will present performances in Traditional West African dance, drumming that brings the richness of African Dance traditions from Guinea, Mali and Senega.
