How to securely upload documents to the Financial Aid Office

  1. Make sure all documents are signed by the student, parent, and taxpayer(s) where required. Rename your document(s) to be uploaded LastNameFirstName.
  2. Visit Financial Aid Document Upload.
  3. Click on Select or Drop Files.
  4. Double click the document(s) you want to upload to our office.
  5. To confirm your documents have been uploaded, see Uploaded Files with the name of the file you just uploaded. Do not upload files more than once.screenshot with arrows pointing to "Upload files to Fiancial Aid" and a file listed at the bottom of the screen
  6. If you have declared a major with Chesapeake College and/or are a current student, look at your Financial Aid Document Checklist found in the Financial Aid Self-Service tool (through your MyCampus portal) 24 business hours after uploading your documents.
    If you have not declared a major with Chesapeake College and/or are a new student, email the Financial Aid Office at [email protected] 24 business hours after uploading your documents to check the status of your documents.
