How to securely upload documents to the Financial Aid Office
- Make sure all documents are signed by the student, parent, and taxpayer(s) where required. Rename your document(s) to be uploaded LastNameFirstName.
- Visit Financial Aid Document Upload.
- Click on Select or Drop Files.
- Double click the document(s) you want to upload to our office.
- To confirm your documents have been uploaded, see Uploaded Files with the name of the file you just uploaded. Do not upload files more than once.

- If you have declared a major with Chesapeake College and/or are a current student, look at your Financial Aid Document Checklist found in the Financial Aid Self-Service tool (through your MyCampus portal) 24 business hours after uploading your documents.
If you have not declared a major with Chesapeake College and/or are a new student, email the Financial Aid Office at [email protected] 24 business hours after uploading your documents to check the status of your documents.
