Tamisha Perry, a nursing major from Federalsburg, won the 2021 Commencement mortarboard decoration contest. Her design featured an inspirational message, flowers and faux pearls. Ms. Perry currently works at Caroline Nursing and Rehabilitation and plans to begin a bachelor’s degree program.
