Michael J. Mulligan was recently appointed to the Chesapeake College Board of Trustees as a representative from Queen Anne’s County. Retired from the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Mulligan is a Senior Account Manager with Battelle Memorial Institute’s Consumer, Industrial and Medical Technology Business Unit.
